Financial Policy

Please read through the following financial agreement and policies. Costs for the programs within YWAM Experience Asia are broken down into two bundles: Lecture Fees and Outreach Fees. All fees are calculated in USD.

Students are expected to pay an application fee and the remaining full tuition on arrival to YWAM Experience Asia, unless otherwise arranged with the leadership of YWAM Experience Asia in writing.

The DBS lecture phase cost is $1200 USD. School fees cover the cost of tuition, room and board, and breakfast. Lunches and weekend meals and activities outside of the required DBS activities are not included,

All personal items, such as toiletries, shampoo, necessary clothing, and equipment (i.e. outdoor and camping gear), are at the student’s own expense

OUTREACH FEES

The DBS optional outreach cost will be determined closer to the date. It will be a 2-3 week outreach.

Just as in the lecture phase, any personal items are the student’s financial responsibility. This includes any necessary gear (sleeping bags, etc.) for outreach. We will provide a general packing list in advance. Decathlon, a local store, is a great place to buy any extras at a low cost.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICIES

The following is the payment schedule for YWAM Experience Asia school fees, both lecture and outreach.

Arrival Fee (due on arrival) - DBS: $1200 USD

DBS Outreach Fees (will be announced around week 5 along with costs)

We believe that God is faithful and we move in faith. But, failure to have tuition or outreach fees turned in in a timely way may result in the student being unable to continue in the school or go on outreach.

TUITION REFUND POLICY

Should you have to leave the school early for some unforeseen reason, the following tuition refund policy will determine the amount of money that will be refunded to you. Each week begins on Sunday.

Start of Week 1: you will receive 30% of your tuition
Start of Week 2: you will receive 20% of your tuition
Start of Week 3: you will receive 10% of your tuition
Start of Week 4: you will receive 0% of your tuition

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept domestic bank transfers, credit cards through stripe, if you pay by credit card, please not there is a 4% increase on the fees) wise transfers (our preferrred way), cash, US checks made out to Youth Experience Asia and paypal transfers (+3%)
